In Bosnia, ethnics is a big issue, no matter if it’s majority or minority. How to enforce education with those who are in bad socio-economic situation and especially if already targeted with different ethnic background. This is a story of friendship between university professor and the Roma and how he realized education at early age can change generations.

After graduating at Harvard University and having his own start-up, professor Malcolm Duerod continued his career at International Burch University, Sarajevo, as a full time professor at Management department. He is focused on working with young enthusiastic people, mentoring them and even helping them grow their own companies.
